Omtse is a venture studio dedicated to building and scaling technology-driven solutions at the intersection of agriculture and climate change. Combining the expertise of seasoned venture studio operators with the global influence of Apl.de.Ap of the Black Eyed Peas, Omtse blends innovation with cultural relevance and community impact. Backed by a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the studio brings together capital, talent, and strategic support to turn bold ideas into scalable ventures. Though American-led, Omtse operates in the Philippines—one of the countries most vulnerable to climate change—ensuring its solutions are grounded in urgency, empathy, and local context.

Apl.de.Ap returned to his roots of being a farmer and noticed a lot of shortcomings in his old profession. He is back to bring the best of what the world has to offer to Philippines’ agriculture.
